The fresh, slightly tart and spicy aroma of lavender is similar to rosemary. The taste ranges from a light vanilla note to rosemary, camphor and bergamot.
Lavender goes perfectly with meat, such as: Lamb, beef, pork or game. Marinades and especially grilled vegetables, dips, salads, sauces, desserts and bread are given a very special flavor by the lavender aroma.

Slightly reddish salt with an unobtrusive sweetness and undertones ranging from honey-like, floral and herbaceous to slightly peppery.
Rose is an excellent accompaniment to delicate pasta and mustard sauces, white meat, fish and all kinds of Far Eastern dishes. It is lovingly blended with dried and ground rose petals, giving it a light rose tint.

Kraftsalz with saffron and gold leaf
The intense fragrance of the royal spice is reminiscent of honey and rose. The spicy taste of saffron has a slightly bitter note. Formerly used to dye silk, saffron was also used to color eggs at Easter.
Saffron is an excellent accompaniment to chicken and lamb dishes, fish and vegetable soups (e.g. French bouillabaisse), various stews and pasta as well as desserts and pastries.

Depending on the variety, chillies taste fruity, earthy or smoky. Their heat varies in type and intensity.
Chilies do not irritate the taste buds, but rather heat and pain receptors in the mouth and throat. “Hot” is therefore basically a feeling and not a taste.
Chili or chili peppers go perfectly with vegetable dishes as well as with fish or meat. Chili is very popular in Asian cuisine as an ingredient in most curry mixtures and pastes. Chili is also a delicious ingredient in fruity chutneys. Chili always works!

The salt rim is the hallmark of the margarita. As this drink is so sour, its acidity needs to be toned down – salt is a good choice for this. However, the usual salt rim is boring and just salty. By adding a little chili to the salt, the drinking pleasure increases and every margarita is remembered for a long time. The gold leaf gives the salt rim an impressive look.
Swiss salt
Swiss salt has been well protected and stored deep in the mountain near Bex in the canton of Vaud for over 200 million years. The mining of this white gold began around 500 years ago. Using the purest glacier water from the Swiss Alps, the raw product is extracted at the Saline de Bex SA and made ready for consumption.
The ready-to-eat product is then refined into Kraftsalz in Tuggen, Canton Schwyz.
The special treat is created when the pure salt rests for eight weeks at the Kraftort in Tuggen and is then processed further. The salt is refined by hand with 23 carat gold and offered as pure Kraftsalz or in different flavors. As a limited edition and elegantly packaged, the result is a sensual spice that impresses with its taste, history and style. Perfect for everyday use in the kitchen, as an eye-catcher on the dining table for seasoning dishes or as a special gift. Try it for yourself.
