Terms of Service

Various products are offered for sale on the kraftsalz.swiss website. The products are refined Swiss salt (KRAFTSALZ) in various flavors. The purchase is at your own risk. Ordered products will be made available for shipment immediately after the order is placed, while stocks last.

1. ordering process
All our products can be conveniently ordered online in the store on the website kraftsalz.swiss/shop. It is not necessary to create a customer account to place an order. Alternatively, we also accept orders by telephone or e-mail.

2. payment
Payment can be made in various ways:

– Bank transfer
Payments are made by bank transfer. The buyer will receive the bank details for the transfer in the confirmation email after the purchase. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs CHF. For online payments, the amount of the payment must correspond to the stated price in Swiss francs if the payment is made from bank accounts in foreign currencies (USD, EUR, etc.).

– Payment by credit card
Payments by credit card are processed via Stripe.

– Payment with ETH (crypto)
Transfers via Metamask or TrustWallet, only with Ethereum.

Payment can also be made on site when the goods are handed over to the buyer (if specified in the product description).

3. shipping & shipping costs
Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. No shipping costs are charged for orders within Switzerland. Orders abroad will be charged at a flat rate of CHF 5 per order.

4. delivery times & customs duties
Ordered and paid items are prepared for dispatch on the same working day. Delivery within Switzerland takes 1 to 2 days. Delivery abroad can take up to 8 days. Please note: depending on the order and country, import duties may apply and must be paid by the customer.

5. return
There is no right of return on purchased products. In the event of transport damage and general complaints, customer service can be contacted at order@kraftsalz.swiss.

In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. The place of jurisdiction is the canton of residence of the provider, Kanto Schwyz, Switzerland.
